When you purchase the 101-401 site license you will be sent a welcome email containing some important links. One of those links will allow you to download a PDF Certificate. You can make a big deal out of your leaders finishing a single course (i.e. 101, 201, 301, or 401) or save it and highlight only those who finish all 4 of the courses. It's your call.
