Q: Why didn't I get an email after my purchase?
A: Your spam filter may have devoured our email as a light snack. Check your junk mail / spam folder. Be sure to add email@example.com to your address book and hopefully this won't happen again. Or you could feed your spam filter more food so it isn't hungry when our emails come (this might not work.)
However, there is a silver lining, you can always login to your account to get the download link of current and past purchases by visiting MY DOWNLOADS.
Q: Can I still get my download if I lost my email?
A: Yes, you can can always login to your account by clicking the 'SIGN IN' button in the main navigation (upper right). Once you are logged in, you will be able to view all past purchases on your DOWNLOADS page.
Q: The zip file won't UNZIP ... or it's the wrong file, what do I do?
A: --> Clear your cache
--> Go back to your ACCOUNT PAGE and download the file again.
Q: How do I unzip on a PC?
A: On the PC the best thing to do is right click on the zip file and choose the option to extract it to a folder.
* If you see anything that says "DS_Store files" just ignore it because it's a virus. Just kidding, it's a file from an Apple computer.
Q: Can I download and open my DYM resources on my tablet or phone?
A: Our downloads come in a .zip file, so unless you have a specific app to open the zip file you can NOT open it on your tablet/phone.
Here is our advice: download and open the zip file on your computer, then depending on the file type you will be able to put it on your tablet or phone.
Ex: If you purchased a word doc, you can open that on your tablet/phone no problem!
