1. Log in.
2. Click on My Membership tab.
* If you are logged in and clicking the "My Membership" tab takes you to the "Membership" page (where you purchase a membership)...
--> You may need to CLEAR YOUR CACHE and try again.
--> You may not be logged in with the CORRECT account (you may have 2 accounts on file and only one of them you have a membership with)
*To check if you have any other accounts (email addresses) on file:
1. Go to the “forgot your password link” and enter every email address you have and see if a password reset email goes to one of those inboxes (remember to check your spam)
2. If you find another account on file (i.e. you receive a password reset to anther one of those email addresses), login with that account and see if you can access your member resources
3. If you don't find another account (i.e. still can't access the MEMBERS ONLY page), then email us and we will help you out!
