You're not alone. This has proven to be a bit tricky.
The Pipelines require a link to a zip file that has been loaded to Dropbox (should end with .zip?dl=0)
To make this happen:
1) Compress your resource into a .zip file.
While viewing the outermost folder of your submission, right click on your folder and click compress. This will create a zipped folder. You will know the folder is zipped because the file name will end in .zip.
2) Upload your .zip file to Dropbox.
Follow these simple instructions to add a file to Dropbox.
What is Dropbox? Dropbox is a file hosting service that offers cloud storage. This will allow you to log in an access your files from any device. You can sign up for an account for free here.
3) Add the link to your .zip file in your Dropbox in the Pipeline submission form.
Right-click and select Share. The click Copy Link. Paste the link, which should end with .zip?dl=0 to your Pipeline submission.
