Missed last month's membership goodies?

Did you forget to download your member resources? Did you forget to use your $20 store credit?

Dangit! We get it. It's easy to forget. We do our best to send you a couple emails to remind you, but sometimes... it happens. 

Here is how the member goodies and credit works:

The $20 credit and the membership goodies only last for the month it is issued and it doesn’t roll over to the next month.

We want our members to be raving fans… so, if you feel that something was unclear or unfair don't hesitate to submit a request.

WHY do the reward points  expire?

We want people to be able to get the full benefit out of the membership, and we know how easy it is to sign up for something and forget about it and have your credit card get ding'ed each month without even getting the most from the membership. Then we added the $20 coupon each month as a cherry on top (outside of what is included in the membership goodies).

We added the expiration each month so people would be incentivized to come back to the store, download their items, and have some spending money to see what is new in the store and grab it for their ministry. 

We are already giving away so much value for the $20 each month (it costs us to produce all the membership resources each month), we aren't even sure how long we can stay in business with prices so low. We know we have to make sacrifices in order to continue producing great quality resources at such affordable prices, and we are willing to do so to keep helping youth workers!
