What are Connections?
Connections refer to the number of individual smartphones or devices that can actively participate in the interactive elements of a Sidekick presentation, such as polls. Each device connected represents one participant engaging with your content in real-time.
If you have 75 connections on your plan, you can have 75 phones connected at the same time. There is no limit to how many times you use the polls or interactive elements, you are just limited to how many phones can participate at the same time.
Understanding Sidekick Plan Limits:
Each Sidekick plan comes with its own limit on the number of Connections. Here's a brief overview:
25 connections: You can have 25 phones connected at the same time.
75 connections: You can have 75 phones connected at the same time.
250 connections: You can have 250 phones connected at the same time.
Premium+ members receive 75 connections, Gold+ plans vary from 75 connections to 500 connections.
