Help! My DYM/Coleader Account Won't Connect to Sidekick Beta!

That's the worst! Here are a couple issues that might be happening! 

1. Spinning Wheel of Death 

• You know your email and password are correct but all you get is a spinning wheel? This is a pop-up blocker issue! All you need to do is allow or disable the pop-up blockers on Chrome, then try again!

  • Open Chrome and click the three-dots menu in the top-right corner.
  • Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Site Settings.
  • Click Pop-ups and redirects.
  • Select Add next to "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects".
  • Enter the URL of the site you want to allow pop-ups for and click Add. 

2. 🚨Something Went Wrong

This can mean two different things:

1. The DYM/Coleader account you are trying to connect is currently connected in a different Sidekick account. 
   • If you know the account and have access to the email where it is currently connected, you can login, disconnect it using the Trash icon, and then connect the account in the Sidekick you want it in. 
   • If you do not know or do not have access to the email where the Sidekick is currently connected, reach out to support@downloadyouthministry.com and they can help you figure it out and get it disconnected for you!
2. You are not the account owner of the DYM/Coleader account and/or Sidekick account. 
   • The main account owner email has to be the connected account, a user or team member cannot be the one to connect the account. 
   • If you need to switch the account owner of Coleader, please reach out to support@coleader.co or open a support chat from your account on my.coleader.co/dashboard (in the bottom right corner).
