So you've just purchased the YMU All Access and would like to grant access to your leaders! Congratulations!
As soon as you purchased the site license, you got a welcome email with a link to the YMU sign-up tool. All you will need to do is enter in your volunteer's name and his/her email address. Really, it is that simple!
Once you enter a leader's name, he/she will receive a welcome email providing them access the 25+ classes in YMU 101-401. They can begin taking the courses immediately!
Adding new leaders throughout the year? No problem! Just return to the "All Add Users" course and sign them up!
It really is that easy!
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
1) Log in to your brand new ymuniversity.com account
2) Click the menu to My Courses https://www.ymuniversity.com/library
3) Scroll just slightly until you find a product called “All Add Users” (you can also just access it directly here: https://www.ymuniversity.com/products/all-add-users and be sure you’re logged in)
4) Click that page and add your volunteers to the courses you want them to have! We've even made it super easy to add 101-401 in one click!
If your leader doesn't receive an email, have them check their spam first and then if they still can't find it, just have them select "Forgot Password" and it will send them a new one!
Oh! One more thing, if you have a big list of volunteers to add to a course, send an email to deanofstudents@downloadyouthministry.com and we'll help you out with that.
