Spinny Loaders on Thumbnails in Library

If you're seeing spinning loaders on thumbnails in your Sidekick library, something may be corrupt in your library.

There are two ways we can fix this:

1. If you haven't made any new files or modified any files you wish to keep in Sidekick, we can easily restore the files that came with Sidekick and fix the corrupt library. To do this, quit Sidekick and then go to your "My Documents" folder and delete the entire "Sidekick" folder. The next time you start Sidekick it will recognize that there is no folder there and replace it with the 45 default files and everything will work fine!

2. If you do have files that you created or modified in Sidekick that you wish to keep, we need to manually find the corrupt file. To do this, go to your "My Documents" folder and copy it to a Dropbox or Google Drive. Send the link to support@downloadyouthministry with the subject "Corrupt Library" and we can look through it and see if we can find the anomaly and send you an updated/fixed Library.
