The Sidekick Library has some powerful features.
Every file you've created, downloaded, or played is in your Sidekick library. You can easily find a file by searching for a file by name.
By default, files are sorted by Builder Type, which are kind-of like "apps" inside Sidekick. But you can sort by other means too.
If a Thumbnail is too hard to read, you can click this "Names" button at the top to show the names underneath each file.
The "details" button on every file will give you a description and hints of how to play a particular file.
You can duplicate, delete, or export one or more files by clicking "Edit", then selecting the files, and hitting the action you want to perform.
You can add files to your Sidekick Library in one of two ways:
- Importing `.sidekick` files that you've downloaded or exported from another machine, which you can do by going to the "Import" tab, then click "Import File", and then selecting the `.sidekick` file you want to import.
- Creating a new file by going to "Create" tab and selecting the type of file you want to build. If you're unsure of what this builder can do, click on this button anyway and watch a short tutorial on the capabilities of that particular builder.
Finally, if you need something right now to play in Sidekick or just want to get ideas or inspiration, click on the "Discover" tab to go to downloadyouthministry.com and see hundreds of Sidekick files made by other and used in their context.
With Sidekick, all of your files are in one place, and you can click on any file to play it.
