Update Payment Method on File

Do you need to update the credit card on file? 

To update the payment info in your account simply do the following:

1. Go to your Account page (must login) 

2. Click 'Payment Methods' on your Account page

3. If you need to add a new payment method, click the bright blue button '+ NEW PAYMENT METHOD' on the right side of the screen and follow the steps listed.

4. If you have multiple cards on file and want to update the payment method with an existing card, make sure you select the one you would like to use from the cards listed under 'Payment Methods'.

If you'd like to update the payment method for Membership Billing:

1. Go to your Account page (must login) 

2. Click 'Membership' on your Account page

3. Go to 'Membership Billing' on the bottom right side of the page and click Change under 'Payment Method'.

4. This will take you to 'Payment Methods'.  If you need to add a new payment method, click the bright blue button '+ NEW PAYMENT METHOD' on the right side of the screen and follow the steps listed.

5. If you have multiple cards on file and want to update the payment method with an existing card, make sure you select the one you would like to use from the cards listed under 'Payment Methods'.
