The 1st of every month is like Christmas morning for DYM members because on the first of the month (EVERY MONTH), brand-new DYM member items are delivered to your digital doorstep! 

Store Credit and Discounts

You probably already know that DYM Membership includes MONTHLY Store Credit--up to $20 EVERY MONTH! Your store credit is added to your account on your billing date (the day of the month that you signed up for a membership) and each month following on that same day. 

The discount is available every day, and you must be logged in to see that discount reflected in your order total.

Sidekick Access

Not only that, but you can use your DYM account to log in and access Sidekick*. 

*Gold memberships have access to the Sidekick Essentials plan

*Gold+ has access to Sidekick + Phones (connections vary based on which Gold+ plan you have)

Payment Terms

You hereby authorize Download Youth Ministry (and its payment processors) to debit your bank account or charge your credit card to pay for your selected membership. All memberships are billed at the time of registration and are recurring. If the automated payment is declined, this will result in the suspension of your membership, and you will lose access to it. You may re-activate your account with a new payment method.

Monthly Memberships:  Monthly memberships are billed each month on the date of registration (ex. if you buy a membership on July 15, you will be billed on the 15th of every month) until you cancel. You may cancel your monthly membership anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Annual Memberships: Every year on the anniversary billing date you will be billed a recurring annual membership renewal fee. You may cancel your annual membership anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.

Restrictions on Use

On the first of each month, the previous month's content on your DYM Members Only Dashboard will be replaced with brand new content, so set an alarm, make a note, or get a tattoo to remind yourself to download everything before the month is over!

Your store credit must be spent within a month from when it is offered. Store credit does not roll over at the end of the month cycle. Store credit is issued immediately when a membership is purchased. Store credit expires and then the next month’s credit is subsequently issued on the same day of the month every month. If a membership was purchased on the 29th, 30th or 31st of the month, and the following month doesn’t have a 29th, 30th or 31st then the system will automatically subtract 1 day from the billing date until it finds the final day of the month in that month. Ie Customer A purchases a membership on Jan 31, store credit will be added on Jan 31, and store credit will expire and be renewed on Feb 28th. 

Customers may not share their login credentials or access to purchased DYM products with anyone outside of their ministry (children's, youth, multi-site, etc). 

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time in your account page.
• If you’d like our assistance in canceling your membership, you can email support before your billing date.
• If you choose to cancel, you will have access to your membership until the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Monthly Memberships: No refunds will be issued for monthly memberships. You may cancel at any time, with no refund, and will have access to your membership until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Memberships: No refunds will be issued after 7 days of purchase. If you choose to cancel within 7 days of purchasing the membership and would like a refund, you can email support and ask for a prorated refund for the remaining billing cycle.
