Upgrading/Downgrading/Changing your DYM Membership

If you trying to change your membership tier -- switching between Starter, Gold, Gold+, and Platinum or changing your billing cycle between monthly and yearly, you can do it straight in your profile!

TO UPGRADE:

1. Head to Manage Membership 

2. Then select the membership from the box you are wanting to upgrade to and go through the checkout process. 

IF WANTING TO DO A PRORATION PLEASE REACH OUT TO SUPPORT@DOWNLOADYOUTHMINISTRY.COM, UPGRADING WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE PRICE OR PROVIDE A REFUND.

TO DOWNGRADE:

1. If needing to move down a level for your membership, you first must cancel your current membership. 
2. You can cancel anytime in your account under Manage Membership, at the bottom of the membership list. 

3. Once you have cancelled, the following day after your current membership ends, you can go back in and purchase the membership of your choice!
